SWA is a legal business but the legal entity that is handling the program is ChavesNet Enterprises, which is registered under the Department of Trade and Industry.

3. Is the SWA product line a valid product line?

Yes. The product is a subscription to the Supreme Wealth Library which includes the 180-day subscription to the Life Mastery Videos. A 'subscription' to a regularly updating information resource is considered a valid product, just like a subscription to a newspaper or a magazine is a valid product. In addition, the internet community as a whole never questions or outlaws the legality of paid subscriptions to digital product libraries. The Supreme Wealth Library is a digital product library and is therefore acceptable as a paid subscription product.

4. Are commissions paid on sale of products and not on registration / entry fees?

Commissions are paid on the sale of subscriptions and not on registration or entry fees simply because SWA does not have a registration or entry fee. The amount of money that new subscribers pay is for their subscription to the Supreme Wealth Library and not for joining SWA. Joining or signing up for SWA is actually free.

5. Is the intent to sell a product and not a position?

The main intention is to promote and sell the product, which is the subscription to the Supreme Wealth Library plus the bonus Life Mastery Videos.

6. Is there no direct correlation between the number of recruits and compensation?

None. Someone can recruit and sign up 1,000 people but if only 100 people out of the 1,000 subscribe to the library, the compensation will be based on the 100 subscriptions alone.

Update: 2010-06-07

7. If recruitment were to be stopped today, will the participants still make money?

Yes, because this is a semi-annual subscription. Even if there are no more new members, commissions will still be earned via recurring subscriptions.

Update: 2010-06-07

8. Is there a reasonable product return policy?

Yes. SWA has a 14 day period with which to refund payments as long as the subscriber has not yet downloaded more than 5MB of resources from the library.

Update: 2010-06-07

9. Do products have fair market value?

The subscription by itself is fairly priced compared to other digital libraries on the internet. There are some libraries that cost $20 or higher per month, while SWA only costs less than $15 per month. Other online programs sell daily inspirational videos for $40 a month, while in SWA, the Life Mastery Videos are already included as a bonus.

10. Is there a compelling reason to buy SWA products?

Yes indeed, as many of the information in the library are very useful for everyday living and for solving tons of problems. When prospects look at the vast variety of topics in the library, they are easily attracted. They become even more attracted when they see the Life Mastery Videos. So the attraction is mainly on the product itself and the compensation is only a secondary attraction.

11. Does SWA pass the test of regulatory bodies which guard the public against illegal schemes and scams?

Yes. Questions 3 to 10 above are taken from the Direct Selling Association's 8-Point Test, and we easily pass that test with flying colors.
